I am one that had not been educated at all in the area of hair extensions. In September, 3 weeks prior to my wedding, I had gotten a hair cut that was absolutely horrible. I had
a friend of mine suggest hair extensions as the way to help me recover from the shock. Not being educated at all on these, I chose to call a local salon to get an appointment
for extensions.
I was told that the extensions that I would be getting were SO.CAP and that they would last at 4-6 months. The first week of having them, I lost 4. I kept losing them until only
after 4 weeks of having them in, I had lost almost 30! Imagine my horror after paying so much money only to have them keep falling out. They would fall out in the shower and
I would wake up the next morning with 2-3 on my pillow. I kept calling her and she would inform me that there was nothing that she could do because it was MY hair that was
the problem.
At this point, anger and sadness fueled me to educate myself about SO.CAP and who I could find that could fix this "hair fiasco". While researching SO.CAP on the internet, I
found CJ's website; mylongtresses.com. I read all of the information on her site and found her to be inspiring and well educated in the art of hair extensions!
I immediately called CJ and told her my plight. Mind you, I live in Virgina and was so impressed with during our conversation, that I was willing to drive the 2 1/2 hours to her
salon! CJ made me feel so much better and let me know that she could and was willing to help me. I made an appointment for the following weekend; she was so willing to
get me in on such a short notice.
When arriving at Studio She, I couldn't have asked for 2 more helpful and concerned artists as CJ and Reese. They both took their time to look at my hair (or lack there of) and
came up with a solution. CJ let me know that I would need to have my extensions redone however not from MY hair being the problem, but from the quality of the extensions
that I had gotten as well as how they were put in my hair.
My husband accompanied me to Maryland and we both were enthralled with CJ's technique of applying hair extensions! My new hair looked and felt so different than what I
had gotten from my local salon. CJ and Reese knew that I wanted to also get my hair colored, but educated me that the best way to do this, as to not affect the bonding of the
extensions, was to certainly not do it in the same day! Needless to say, the previous hair professional colored and installed on the same day!
I walked out of Studio She feeling like a different person than when I walked in; I certainly looked alot better! We spent quite a few hours there that first day and CJ and Reese
made me feel like a queen! I went back 2 weeks later to get my hair colored and it was just as wonderful! I maintain contact with CJ and Reese regularly and will no longer
have anyone in Virginia touch my hair. Going to Studio She has made a difference in my life and not only do I have beautiful hair, but I now have 2 beautiful friends.

I am 28 years old, have 4 kids and I am about to get married in December. I wanted to get extensions because I had gastric bypass surgery 1.5 years ago and my hair has
thinned significantly. I have tried everything that I could think of but nothing worked until I came upon CJ's website, I called her on Monday, sent her an email with a picture and
on Saturday I had an appointment. I was very nervous and anxious but when I met Reece she prepped my hair and then reassured me that CJ would fix everything! About 15
minutes later CJ came in and explained a few things and off she went. NEVER ONCE did I get that un-easy feeling we usually get when you go to a stylist because you are
afraid of what the outcome will be. By the time my "mushroom" was gone and CJ was done I had transformed from the Ugly Duck to the beautiful Swan. CJ and Reece are
wonderful, they are kind and good hearted people and I have literally just met them on Saturday 10/12/08 and I owe them so much, I have so much confidence and I feel and

It has been a little over a year since I found CJ of Studio She, and I have to say that they have been a godsend. Due to sporadic hair loss, mainly on top, I had resigned
myself to wearing wigs for several years. However with my son's wedding approaching I started searching for a better alternative. I consulted with several different salons
and learned about micro-links and other possibilities. I even met with a stylist who did hair extensions, who told me she couldn't help me.
I'll never forget the day I met CJ, the wizard of hair extensions: a truly gifted, visionary and kind person. She not only could help me, but worked with me to find other products
that would complement the extensions and help cover up any thinner areas. The result was not to be believed. I had beautiful, full and natural looking hair. No one could tell
that it was not my own. And most important, it looked awesome from every angle, in the wedding photos. Working with both the extensions and my own hair, CJ and Cindee
found the most flattering hair color and style for me. It was truly miraculous what these two gifted ladies created.
Best of all, once I gave up the wigs, my own hair started growing in again on top. I have now graduated from hair extensions, using only the products CJ and I found to cover
up some less than perfect areas. Studio She is now my salon of choice for color and haircuts. It is a warm and welcoming place, and I appreciate the respect for client's
privacy.
I may even add some hair extensions again in the future, but this time it will be for fun! So if you're looking around as I was for solutions to hair issues, don't waste your time
anywhere else – go straight to Studio She.
